Phase 1 Timeline
Below is a possible timeline for the phase one expansion.
| Spring 2008 | Preparation of Design Documents for parking lot and related site work. |
| Summer 2008 | Submittal/Approval/Advertisement for bids/Award construction contract. |
| October 2008 |
Official Groundbreaking for Expansion. Base paving on HSCC property. |
| Nov 08 - Mar 09 | Site construction to point where site is usable and ready for building foundations. |
| March 2009 | Building pad finished, Construction begins in earnest. |
| Fall 2010 | Expansion building project completed. |
Note: If HSCC vacates by end of June 2010, if money is available, renovation of HSCC and completed LHBC expansion could coincide.
